LATE CANCELLATION

NO-SHOW POLICY

 We understand that situations arise in which
you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore
requested that if you must cancel your appointment
you provide at least 24 hours notice, if possible.

This will enable us to schedule another person
in that appointment slot. 

With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice,
we are unable to offer that slot to other people. 

Please be advised, that there will be a $25 fee to those who either do not show up for their appointment or do not cancel within 24 hours.

Prices vary by breed and size.  Everything but dematting, furminating, and teeth scraping is included in our price.  Whenever possible, we will try to demat a pet other than shave your pet down.  Our groomer, Angel, does not believe in shaving unless it is absolutely necessary or requested by the owner.  Our grooming includes the following:

• Bath with
  • Double shampoo
  • Double conditioner
• Blow-out
• Teeth
• Sanitary Area
• Ears
• Nails
• Anal Glands upon request

Flea bathing and dematting is available.  Cost depends on size of dog and time spent, please inquire.
